"If there was an option for zero stars, I’d give that to Ditto Boss. I genuinely regret trusting Ditto Boss. At first, they sounded so convincing and professional, but everything changed right after payment. Weeks went by with no parcel, only false promises and excuses. Every time I contacted them, they either ignored me or spoke rudely. It’s really sad to see such unprofessional behavior. I saved up and trusted them with my money, and they turned it into stress. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend your money somewhere it’s valued — even helping someone needy will give you more satisfaction than dealing with Ditto Boss."

"Ditto Boss is honestly the most fake and unprofessional firm I’ve ever dealt with. In the beginning they’ll talk very sweetly and promise quick delivery, but once you pay, their behavior completely changes. They take more than a month just to send the parcel and then lie saying “we’ve dispatched it,” but nothing actually arrives. Later they’ll make excuses like “the delivery boy misplaced it” and say they’ll resend which again never happens. If you tell them the delay is too much, they’ll rudely reply “then you get it yourself.” The staff, especially the girl who handles calls, doesn’t have manners at all — no replies, no call backs, nothing. My parcel still hasn’t arrived and I’ve lost all hope. I’m just considering the money gone. Honestly, if you really want to waste your money, better feed some dogs or help a poor person at least they’ll bless you, not insult you with attitude like this firm does."

"I purchased on 3rd March 2025 and after numerous follow ups got the package on 22nd march but there were items worth approx 2500 missing. I informed, they agreed and it is missing and asked if i want to add anything. i added almost 3700 worth of stuff. now the problem starts, they say they have sent the package but i never received it. it went on for 5 months and after almost daily follow ups i got the package but once again items were missed. the items which i ordered later worth almost 3700 were missed. i informed and once again they said yes it has been missed and they will deliver it but they again delay the delivery. post numerous follow ups they delivered but it was the wrong product. post that i called and messaged several times but the only response we will check and reply but that never comes, when i call pawan disconnects and messages that he will call later but never does. I am not sure whether this has been the ordeal with others as well but i would never recommend anyone to go through with it."

"I had ordered products and they missed sending and second lot as me to pay for missing. Inspire of following with pawan he told he will send back and since a week no response. Don't trust them and don't waste your hard earned money."

"Ditto Boss is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took 17 days just to dispatch my order, and even after that, the products were not as per my requirement. I had clearly mentioned the quantity and items I needed, but they sent goods according to their own choice. I even shared the unboxing video as proof, but still no proper response. Their staff is full of lies, completely unprofessional, and only know how to waste customers’ money. Please don’t order from them — they will cheat you and send whatever they want."
